Ms. Pounds has been a member of Partner Colorado since 1985, and an active volunteer since 2017. She acquired specialized education and training specific to credit unions by attending numerous conferences, seminars, workshops, and strategic planning sessions. Ms. Pounds has a well-rounded,post high school education, diverse work experience and volunteer background, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to serve the credit union and its members.
